The Company
Richard Noble is a privately owned property group with a long and successful history of developing and investing in Western Australian real estate.
With an active residential development pipeline and a substantial investment portfolio, the business combines long-term thinking with a practical, commercially focused approach to development.

Why this role stands out:
- Direct involvement and responsibility in investment and development decisions alongside Directors.
- Significant autonomy within a highly experienced team.

This role requires a commercially astute development professional capable of balancing strategy, stakeholder management and project execution while maintaining a strong focus on profitability, program and risk.
Acquisition & Development
- Lead feasibilities, due diligence and acquisition assessments.
- Manage planning, subdivision and approval processes.
- Coordinate consultants, authorities and contractors.
- Drive project outcomes from strategy and through delivery.
Commercial & Leadership
- Monitor budgets,
cashflow and project performance.
- Identify and manage commercial and delivery risks.
- Prepare recommendations and reporting for senior leadership and independent Boards.
- Provide leadership across project teams and key stakeholders.
About You
You will bring the following experience, knowledge and attributes:
- Experience successfully delivering residential subdivision and development projects with a high degree of empowerment and autonomy.
- Strong commercial acumen, backing feasibility and financial management capability.
- Sound understanding of WA planning and subdivision processes.
- Confident managing consultants, authorities and project teams.
- Proven ability to encourage and cultivate a strong team working environment
- Tertiary qualification in Property, Engineering, Planning or a related discipline
You may currently be working for a similar private company, an ASX listed developer, consultancy or client-side organisation and be looking for a role offering a broader responsibility and direct exposure to decision making.
