About the Role

We're looking for an experienced and motivated Retail Store Manager to lead our Dandenong store.

This is an exciting chance to inspire and develop a small, high-performing team while delivering outstanding customer service and driving solid commercial results. You'll take ownership of the store's day-to-day operations, ensuring customers receive expert advice and an exceptional shopping experience every time they visit.

This is a permanent full-time position working Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm. That's right, no late nights and no weekend work, giving you genuine work-life balance.

What You'll Be Doing

- Lead, coach and develop a small retail team to achieve outstanding customer service and sales results.
- Recruit, train and retain high-performing team members.
- Drive store performance by implementing effective sales strategies and monitoring key performance indicators.
- Ensure the store is visually appealing, fully stocked and merchandise is presented to company standards.




- Maintain accurate pricing and strong inventory management practices.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and operational standards.
- Foster a positive, collaborative and high-performance team culture.
- Maintain a safe environment for both employees and customers.

What You'll Bring

- Previous experience as a Retail Store Manager
- A proven ability to lead, motivate and develop successful retail teams.
- Strong commercial acumen with a passion for achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to work collaboratively with senior leaders and support business objectives.
- Experience within FMCG, hospitality, trade or technical products will be highly regarded.
- Knowledge of catering equipment or commercial kitchen products is advantageous but not essential.
