The Larrakia Cultural Centre is building its founding team and ACTIO Group are proud to be supporting the recruitment ofa Retail and Hospitality Supervisor.

The Retail & Hospitality Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations of the LCC retail outlets, kiosk, hospitality services, and visitor experience areas — ensuring every guest leaves with a memorable experience of Larrakia culture.

Essential requirements:

- Demonstrated experience in retail, hospitality, tourism, or visitor services supervision
- Cert IV in hospitality, tourism, business, retail management or related field
- Experience leading teams and supervising staff
- Solid customer service and communication skills
- Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and stock management




- Knowledge of WHS obligations and food safety requirements
- NT Responsible Service of Alcohol Certification

Desirable:

- Experience in Indigenous tourism, cultural centres, museums, galleries, or visitor attractions
- Knowledge of Aboriginal cultural protocols and community engagement
- First Aid Certificate

A current NT Ochre Card and National Police Check are mandatory.
