- $80,000 - $90,000 per annum + superannuation
- $5,000 travel allowance + bonuses

About the Role:

We are seeking a Rehabilitation Consultant (OT, Physiotherapist, Osteopath or Exercise Physiologist) to join a leading occupational rehabilitation provider in Melbourne's east. In this role you will assess, plan, organise and participate in rehabilitative programs to achieve positive return to work outcomes, while building sound relationships with clients, employers and treating practitioners. This is a non-clinical prospect to apply your allied health and rehabilitation knowledge in a dynamic and rewarding case management environment.

- Manage a caseload of injured clients
- Develop workplace-based rehabilitation programs to achieve positive return to work outcomes
- Conduct initial, worksite and home assessments
- Provide rehabilitation counselling




- Test and evaluate clients' physical and mental abilities and analyse medical data to determine realistic rehabilitation goals
- Evaluate clients' progress and prepare detailed reports
- Recommend changes to clients' work or living environments consistent with their needs and capabilities
- Liaise with referring agency staff, injured workers, employers, medical practitioners and allied health professionals
- $80,000 – $90,000 per annum + superannuation
- $5,000 travel allowance + bonuses

About You:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Osteopathy or Exercise Physiology
- Full AHPRA or ESSA registration
- Outstanding communication and networking skills
- Ability to self-motivate and self-manage workload
- Solid report writing skills
- Eligible to work permanently in Australia
