Procurement Co is an Australian-owned specialist procurement consultancy that partners with government and private sector organisations to deliver strategic procurement, commercial, contract management and probity services.

Our team supports clients across government, utilities, infrastructure, mining, energy, education and large corporate organisations. We work across every stage of the procurement lifecycle, helping clients plan and deliver procurement activities, manage market approaches, evaluate submissions and achieve successful procurement outcomes.

About the role

As a Procurement Consultant, you'll work alongside experienced consultants to deliver procurement and commercial projects for a diverse range of clients.

You'll work across a variety of clients, industries and procurement projects, giving you the opportunity to broaden your experience while working alongside experienced consultants.

In this role, you'll:

- Support the delivery of end-to-end procurement and contract management projects.
- Assist in developing procurement strategies, market approach documentation and procurement recommendations.
- Contribute to tender processes, including documentation, evaluation and negotiation.




- Undertake market research, spend analysis and business needs analysis.
- Support contract management activities and performance reviews.
- Prepare reports, presentations and client deliverables.
- Facilitate or support workshops and stakeholder engagement.
- Build effective working relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Manage tasks and deliverables in line with project timelines and expectations.

What you'll bring

We're looking for procurement professionals with around 2+ years' procurement experience who are ready to broaden their experience in a consulting environment.

You'll bring:

- 2+ years of procurement, sourcing or contract management experience.
- Exposure to end-to-end procurement processes and sourcing activities.
- Robust written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Analytical skills and the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- A proactive approach, willingness to learn and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Experience within government, utilities, infrastructure, mining, energy, education or large corporate organisations will be highly regarded.
