About Netwealth

Netwealth isn't just a company. We're shaping the future of wealth in Australia. Our award-winning platform and NextGen technology empower advisers and investors to achieve more, and we're proud to be recognised as one of Australia's most innovative FinTech businesses since 1999. We move fast, think big, and stay agile. Free from unnecessary bureaucracy so we can deliver smarter solutions for our clients and create real impact. Our people are curious, optimistic and courageous individuals who collaborate to make life better for more Australians. We value authenticity and agility, and we believe in creating an environment where you can do your best work, grow your career, and feel part of something meaningful.

The Opportunity

If you enjoy turning complex data into meaningful insights, have a keen eye for detail and love solving problems, you'll thrive in this role. You'll play a key part in ensuring our finance data, reporting and testing activities are delivered with confidence as we move towards go-live. This is the kind of role where your work will be highly visible, genuinely valued and critical to the success of a major business transformation.

What You'll Be Doing

- Validate and reconcile finance data across general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets and fund accounting.
- Investigate and resolve data issues, ensuring accuracy throughout the migration process.
- Test and validate reporting outputs, identifying gaps and inconsistencies.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by preparing test data and assisting finance users through testing cycles.

- Document finance processes, data definitions and workshop outcomes.
- Help bridge the gap between finance, technology and the broader project team.

About You

You’ll bring experience working with finance systems and data, ideally within a Workday Finance environment. You’re naturally curious, analytical and enjoy getting into the detail while keeping the bigger picture in mind.

Qualifications

- Experience with Workday Finance in corporate or fund accounting environments.
- Strong knowledge of finance data structures and reconciliation processes.
- Experience supporting system implementations or transformation projects.
- Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A cooperative approach and the confidence to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience with Workday Prism Analytics, Accounting Centre, ERP testing or wealth management will be highly regarded.

Benefits

- Family-friendly support: Paid parental leave and a fully funded school holiday program.
- Wellness perks: CU Health (virtual healthcare), income protection, flu shots, wellness weeks, retail discounts and financial wellbeing services.
- A vibrant culture: social events, trivia nights, and corporate sports.
- Employee Resource Groups: LGBTQIA+, DAWN (Development and Accelerating Women at Netwealth), Culture Group and Carers Group.
- Community Impact: Paid volunteering and our Netwealth Impact Group.
