What we're looking for

- Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist
- Minimum 2 years' hospital pharmacy experience preferred
- Experience in clinical ward rounds, medication reconciliation, dispensing, patient counselling, discharge planning and clinical documentation
- Experience using Merlin,



EMR or similar hospital systems highly regarded (including experience with paper-based medication charts)
- Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
