Where you’d be working:
Our Professional Services Consultants are based in our Milton offices, servicing customers across Queensland, the Northern Territory and Papua New Guinea. The team works closely with customers, including through onsite visits, to gather requirements, provide consulting advice and deliver training. They help customers identify practical business outcomes that support their operational needs.
What you’d be doing (your day will look like this):
In this role, you’ll use your business consulting skills and ERP experience to support successful Pronto Xi implementations. Working closely with our Project Managers and following our implementation methodology, our Professional Services Consultants:
- Facilitate workshops to gather and understand business requirements
- Design and deliver solutions that meet customer needs
- Configure and test Pronto Xi solutions
- Deliver customer training and support solution adoption
About you
We’re looking for Professional Services Consultants who have:
- Strong business consulting skills, with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to facilitate workshops and support effective solution design
- Consulting experience within an ERP environment
- Experience implementing ERP solutions across a range of business processes
- A strong understanding of core business processes, including operational and financial requirements
- The ability to gather business requirements and design solutions that meet customer needs
- A systematic, lateral and logical approach to problem resolution
- The ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
- Excellent customer focus with a drive to deliver and exceed client expectations
- Excellent time management skills, demonstrating the capacity to plan, prioritise and organise your time, project schedules and work on concurrent projects
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
