About The Role

- Perform planned, reactive, and project-based maintenance on-site.
- Carry out urgent, routine, and ad-hoc repairs and inspections as directed.
- Work autonomously on assigned tasks and collaborate on larger projects.
- Complete PRA and Job Safety Analysis prior to commencing work.
- Liaise with stakeholders and office staff to ensure minimal service disruption.
- Maintain high standards across KPIs, safety, compliance, and reporting.
- Submit work reports within 1 business day of completion.

About You

- Hold an A Grade Electrical Licence with 5+ years’ experience in maintenance.
- Skilled in fault finding, diagnostics, and building services.
- Possess a Construction Card and Driver’s Licence.




- Cabling registration and Working with Children Check (preferred).
- Strong understanding of Electrical Standards and OH&S; protocols.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and safety-conscious.
