The Role

Here's the part that matters most: this isn't a support role. You'll take real ownership of your own client campaigns — driving the strategy, running the day-to-day, and reporting on the results. You'll have our full backing to make calls and move quick, with our senior team on hand for the bigger decisions and check-ins along the way.

- Lead the creation and execution of strategic digital campaigns on Meta Ads Manager
- Set up and manage conversion tracking, using Event Manager or Google Tag Manager/Analytics
- Immerse yourself in your clients' brands — what makes them unique, and how to bring that personality and those values to life through high-performing campaigns
- Monitor and optimise your campaigns so they keep performing at their best
- Spot growth opportunities and help your clients earn more from every dollar of ad spend
- Analyse and report on your results, and turn those insights into clear, confident conversations with clients
- Team up with our design team to brief and shape ad creatives that are as effective as they are eye-catching





About You

You've got a proven track record of driving leads and sales through Meta, across both small and large media budgets. You bring at least 2 years' hands‑on experience with Meta Ads Manager, and you know your way around campaign setup and management inside and out. Google Ads experience is a nice bonus, though not essential.

You take a campaign brief and run with it — researching, planning and implementing without needing a hand held. You love digging into reports and data to find out what's working and what isn't, and you communicate that clearly and confidently to clients. You're organised, you manage your time well, and juggling multiple clients and campaigns at once doesn't faze you.

Your written and verbal communication is excellent, and you've got a genuine eye for creative copy. A degree in Marketing, Advertising or Communications is great to have, but we care far more about your skills, enthusiasm and creativity. Bonus points if you can design in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or InDesign.
