Tuaine Civil Pty Ltd is a Northern Territory based civil construction company specialising in formwork, reinforcement and concrete construction across commercial, industrial, Defence and civil infrastructure projects.

With multiple major projects currently underway and a strong pipeline of upcoming work across the Northern Territory, we are expanding our workforce and are seeking experienced construction personnel to join our growing team.

Positions Available

We are currently seeking experienced:

- Steel Fixers
- Formwork Carpenters
- Concreters / Concrete Finishers

to join our team on major civil and infrastructure projects throughout the Northern Territory.

Pay & Employment

- Casual positions available
- Competitive hourly rates based on experience and qualifications
- $45.00 – $60.00+ per hour (Flat Rate)
- Consistent 6–7 day work weeks available
- Long-term ongoing work with a strong project pipeline

Local Darwin applicants are preferred; however, FIFO arrangements may be considered for the right candidates.

Key Responsibilities

- Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Install reinforcement in accordance with engineering drawings
- Construct, install and dismantle formwork systems
- Assist with concrete placement and finishing
- Work collaboratively with supervisors and site teams




- Maintain protected work practices and comply with WHS requirements
- Maintain clean, organised and professional work areas

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Previous experience in civil construction, steel fixing, formwork carpentry or concreting
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings (preferred)
- Current White Card (Construction Induction)
- Current Driver Licence (preferred)
- Strong work ethic with a reliable and positive attitude
- Ability to work safely within physically demanding construction environments
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
