A rare prospect has become available for an experienced Class 2 Site Manager to lead the delivery of a premium residential development in one of Sydney's most sought-after locations.

This is a flagship $20M luxury apartment project in Bondi Beach, offering the chance to work with a builder renowned for delivering architecturally designed, high-end residential projects. With construction due to commence shortly, you'll take ownership of the site from the ground up and play a key role in delivering an exceptional product.

You'll be supported by an experienced and collaborative project team, allowing you to focus on what you do best leading the site, driving programme, maintaining quality, and ensuring a safe, efficient build.

The Role

- Manage the day-to-day operations of a $20M luxury Class 2 apartment project.
- Lead and coordinate subcontractors to achieve programme and quality outcomes.
- Drive site safety and ensure compliance with all WHS requirements.
- Work closely with the Project Manager and site team throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain exceptional build quality in line with premium residential expectations.
- Build strong relationships with consultants, trades and stakeholders.





What We're Looking For

- Proven experience delivering Class 2 residential apartment projects as a Site Manager.
- Strong understanding of structural, heritage façade and high-end finishes.
- A hands‑on leader who enjoys being on site and driving outcomes.
- Excellent planning, communication and subcontractor management skills.
- Trade or construction qualifications are highly regarded.
- A genuine passion for delivering quality projects.
