Responsibilities

- Split your time between the workshop and a rotating stint underground.
- Service,



preventive and scheduled maintenance, component changeouts in the maintenance workshop on the surface.
- Fault finding and breakdown response across a wide equipment range.
- One week in six as the dedicated underground breakdown fitter, rotating through the crew.
- Hands‑on with Sandvik boggers, drills, trucks and more.

Qualifications

- Diesel trade qualification, no exceptions.
- Experience with underground hard‑rock mining equipment – Sandvik / Normet is a bonus.
- Solid diagnostics and breakdown response skills.
- Adaptable and ready to get stuck into whatever the shift throws at you.
- A safety‑first mindset and the reliability to show up every swing.
- Willing to complete a national police check and pre‑employment medical.
