This is a hands‑on role for an experienced IT professional who enjoys solving problems, driving improvements and working on exciting technology projects that will shape the future of the business.
Exciting Projects
You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to major initiatives including:
- TechnologyOne ERP implementation and integration
- Azure platform development supporting AI and automation projects
- Hybrid cloud, data centre and disaster recovery enhancements
- Cyber security improvements aligned with the Essential Eight
Key Responsibilities
- Administer Microsoft 365, Windows Server and cloud environments
- Manage networking, firewalls, VPNs and security platforms
- Support backup, disaster recovery and business continuity systems
- Monitor, maintain and optimise infrastructure performance
- Deliver infrastructure upgrades and technology projects
- Provide technical escalation support across the business
About You
- Experience administering enterprise IT infrastructure
- Strong Microsoft 365 and hybrid cloud knowledge
- Experience with networking,
cyber security and systems administration
- Practical experience implementing cyber security controls, including the Essential Eight
- Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Fortinet and Cisco Meraki
- VMware and virtualisation technologies
- Microsoft SQL Server and IIS
