Sekisui House is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sales Assistant to support our sales team. You will coordinate customer appointments, maintain the CRM system, and handle public enquiries while delivering an exceptional standard of customer service aligned with our premium brand philosophy.

Your Key Responsibilities

- Customer Service: Act as the first point of contact for customer and public enquiries, ensuring all interactions reflect our high service standards.
- Appointment Management: Coordinate seamless customer appointments and display home inspections.




- Sales Administration: Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and timely information within the CRM system.
- Prospecting & Lead Gen: Undertake customer prospecting and lead-qualifying activities to assist the broader sales team.

Skills & Experience We Are Looking For:

- Robust background in customer service, preferably within real estate, property, or premium retail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written).
- Experience with CRM software and maintaining meticulous records.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to qualify leads and manage administrative tasks efficiently.
