Step into a Project Manager role leading end-to-end delivery of construction projects, with ownership of programme, cost, and coordination, supported by experienced leadership.
Responsibilities
- Manage project delivery from design coordination through to completion and handover
- Assist in administering head contracts, including programmes, RFIs, variations, and EOTs
- Coordinate consultants, authorities, and approvals, including permits and occupancy
- Support subcontractor procurement, scope review, and performance management
- Monitor project costs, forecasting, WIP reporting, and programme tracking
- Lead project communication through meetings and stakeholder coordination
- Assist in QA, compliance, and project close-out processes
Successful Candidate Requirements
- Experience as a Project Manager (Tier 3) OR Senior Project Coordinator ready to step up
- Background in multi-level or commercial construction
- Exposure to contract administration, project programming, and cost tracking
- Strong coordination skills across subcontractors, consultants,
and site teams
- Motivated to take on greater ownership and responsibility
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Education & Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering or Construction Management
- Understanding of design management, programming, and cost control
- Experience with Procore, HammerTech, and Microsoft Office
- Current Australian Driver’s License
