Role Overview
As the People Systems and Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of strategic People transformation projects, operational excellence initiatives, and data‑led People solutions across our client base.
This role brings together People operations, systems management, organisational capability support, data governance, reporting, and project delivery. You will work closely with the Head of People Advisory, Senior People Partners, and broader client teams to support high‑impact People projects.
You will bring a proactive, analytical, and solutions‑focused mindset, with a robust operational lens and the ability to translate business and People priorities into practical outcomes. The role requires strong capability in managing People data, maintaining accurate master data files, supporting People systems and platforms.
Experience working with HRIS Platforms (SuccessFactors is highly desirable), alongside strong Excel capability, including the ability to use formulas, lookups, data validation, pivot tables, and structured reporting tools to support decision‑making. Knowledge of financial reporting,
redundancy calculations and organisational cost modelling is desirable but not required.
The role also plays an important part in supporting client satisfaction, internal reporting, system improvement initiatives, and the successful delivery of transformation projects.
In the past month, you might have supported our clients and team by:
- Supporting the delivery of a strategic People transformation project for a client.
- Management of cleansing People data master files to support reporting, system implementation, or data migration.
- Preparing employee data templates for upload into a People system or HRIS.
- Taking proactive ownership of initiatives, identifying opportunities for improvement and driving them through to execution.
- Created a remuneration and benchmarking review for a client
- Produced a range of people metric reports for a range of clients
- Undertaken weekly internal team metrics reporting and analysis
- Supported delivery of a cultural change project for a client
- Identified, implemented, and tested system integration and automation opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
- Played a key role alongside a People Partner/Advisor/Coordinator to complete an HR compliance review
- Led delivery of an internal project around system efficiency
- Built a project scope around implementation of a system or software for a client
- Led project planning for successful execution
- Contributed to team efficiency by leading team reporting and meetings
- Provided project support and collaborated with the team
What we are looking for:
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, Human Resources, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in HR or talent, or a related role
- Demonstrated experience in project management and delivery
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong data analysis skills and the ability to derive insights for informed decision‑making.
- Experience building dashboards and reporting frameworks for HR metrics
- Excellent data visualisation skills, able to present insights in a clear, compelling, and actionable way
- Strong automation skills – able to identify, implement, and maintain tools or workflows that streamline manual processes
- Familiarity with software implementation projects and the ability to drive successful system transitions
- Strong organisational and time management skills
Preferred
- HR certification.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR technology tools
- Proficiency in HR software and systems
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on emerging HR trends and practices
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities effectively
