Salary

$61,000 + Super + Monthly Incentives

What You’ll Do

- Engage customers confidently and provide friendly, energetic service.
- Share product knowledge and introduce new collections.
- Support sales targets through upselling and cross‑selling.
- Replenish stock and maintain strong visual merchandising.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and customer‑ready.
- Support deliveries, stock counts, and inventory accuracy.
- Process transactions accurately through POS.
- Follow store procedures and loss prevention measures.




- Support product launches and peak trading periods.

Who You Are

- Confident and customer‑focused communicator.
- Passionate about retail, pop culture or collectibles.
- Energetic in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
- Reliable, positive, and composed during busy periods.
- Quick learner with strong attention to detail.
- Fluent in English (Mandarin/Chinese highly regarded).

Availability Requirements (Important)

- This is a permanent full‑time role.
- Adaptable availability across all 7 days is required.
- Typical rosters include weekends and late shifts.
- Store hours vary by location (generally 10am–9pm).

Rosters will be structured, either Sunday‑Thursday or Tuesday‑Saturday with two RDOs off together.
