The successful candidate will oversee workforce planning, recruitment, compliance, performance management, and employee engagement to support operational readiness.
The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of HR experience, particularly in mining or construction, and excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills. Regular travel to Papua Recent Guinea is expected.
