As a Personal Lines Underwriter, you will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless and effective experience for our broker partners through timely and informed underwriting decisions. This is an hybrid 12 month fixed term role based in Naarm (Melbourne).

What You’ll Do

- Evaluating and underwriting personal insurance risks in line with product guidelines
- Ensuring underwriting practices comply with national policies and protocols
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Delivering exceptional service across all customer touchpoints to foster trust and advocacy

What You’ll Bring

- Insurance and customer service experience in a phone based role is highly regarded
- Strong stakeholder management relationship building skills
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Professionalism and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- A customer-centric mindset and dedication to service excellence
- A proactive approach to learning and innovation,
