Ocius Technology is an Australian company dedicated to developing and deploying cutting edge Uncrewed Surface Vehicles (USVs). Our vessel's harness Wind, Solar and Wave power to remain at sea collecting vital data for Defence and Civilian applications.

We are under contracts with RAN, RNZN and USA and are responding in an agile way to an ambitious program of building and deploying multiple USVs for operations around Australia and beyond.

About the Role

The Inventory & Procurement Officer will support our Darwin-based operating facility to minimise our Bluebottle Fleet's time off water. The role will partner closely with the team, in Darwin and Sydney to ensure accurate and organised inventory, maintain consumables and ensure parts and spares are ordered and arrive from Sydney.

A typical day could include:

Receipting, storing and counting inventory, whilst updating NetSuite

Working with the internal supply chain team to ensure crucial spares are being built and shipped

Partnering with local suppliers to ensure consumables are available





Assisting the Maintenance team with ongoing da-to-day stores, inventory and purchasing support

Experience managing stores and inventory activities in a maintenance, logistics or operational workplace.

Experience using ERP or inventory management systems to maintain accurate stock and purchasing records.

Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple teams to support operational requirements.

Experience purchasing parts, consumables or equipment and coordinating deliveries to support operational requirements.

Willingness to undertake hands‑on Marine Support Crew duties and provide administrative support as required.

Due to the nature of our business, we require Australian Citizenship for all roles. In this role you would need the ability to obtain and maintain an NV1 security clearance (do not require a clearance before commencing).

Candidates must hold Australian citizenship at the time of application.
