Key Responsibilities

- Attending and reporting at Body Corporate meetings when required
- Coordinating, engaging, and supervising trades and service contractors
- Organising maintenance organising quotes as required
- Completing month building report to Body Corporate committee
- Maintaining and monitoring the general condition of common areas and building assets
- Reporting hazards or defects requiring skilled repair to the Body Corporate
- Acting as the first point of contact for emergencies, including after hours
- Assisting with and coordinating emergency repairs
- Arranging and overseeing service contracts, ensuring works meet agreed standards
- Implementing WH&S; procedures and participating in safety drills or briefings
- Attending contractor meetings and compliance training as required
- Keeping detailed records of works and services for auditing and reporting
- Coordinating and conducting compliance audits and safety inspections
- Supporting the Body Corporate and Asset Team with effective onsite management
- Lawn and garden maintenance including mowing, watering, weeding, fertilising, pruning, and irrigation system repairs
- Cleaning of all internal and external common areas including foyers, stairwells, corridors, lifts, driveways, BBQ/kitchen areas, footpaths, and car parks




- Emptying bin areas and managing rubbish disposal (including green waste and bulky items)
- Replacing light globes in common areas
- Pool maintenance knowledge is advantageous
- Reception Duties (Monday to Friday)
- Performing administrative and office support tasks

About You

- This role is ideal for a couple who work well together and bring a balance of strata/body corporate, maintenance and administrative skills.
- You’ll have: Pool maintenance experience
- You’ll have: Experience working with Body Corporate/strata processes
- You’ll have: WH&S; and compliance knowledge
- You’ll have: Previous experience in caretaking, property/building management, or trades
- You’ll have: Strong communication and customer service skills
- You’ll have: A proactive, hands-on approach with good attention to detail
- You’ll have: Confidence managing contractors and coordinating property services
- You’ll have: Robust problem-solving and organisational skills
- You’ll have: A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
