This is a full-time position in our Alice Springs Depot, combining bus driving and cleaning duties to provide consistent hours and stable employment. The role operates typically between 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday. There is opportunity to pick up OT throughout the week as well.

Start where you are, we’ll support your development

You don’t need to arrive fully qualified. We’re committed to developing our drivers over time and will support you with:

- Free licence upgrades where required
- Support to obtain your H endorsement
- Ongoing, paid on-the-job training
- Opportunities to build experience across different services

Even if you’ve never driven a bus before, we’ll pay you while training you to become a confident, safe and professional driver in our fleet.

A varied role with consistent hours

This role combines bus driving and cleaning responsibilities to create a full time position with reliable hours. Additional OT hours will be available

Your day will typically include:

- approx hours 8:30am to 4.30pm
- Morning and afternoon bus driving duties and cleaning across depot and busses
- Supporting the safe and professional operation of our services

You’ll be driving a modern, well-maintained and air-conditioned fleet, supported by solid safety systems and a team that genuinely values your contribution.

About you

We’re looking for people who value reliability, professionalism and community connection — and who are open to developing their skills over time.

You’ll need:

- A Northern Territory driver’s licence with a good driving record
- An MR or HR licence, or willingness to obtain one
- An H endorsement, or willingness to obtain one
- A current Working with Children Clearance (Ochre Card), or willingness to obtain one
- A friendly, respectful manner and confidence interacting with people of all ages and abilities

Previous bus or heavy vehicle experience is welcome but not essential -attitude and commitment matter most.
