Hair Union is on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Senior Hair Stylist to join our beautiful salon on the vibrant Union Road in Ascot Vale.

Key responsibilities

- Providing high-quality hair styling, colouring, and treatment services to a diverse range of clients, consistently exceeding expectations
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure loyalty and positive word-of-mouth referrals
- Contributing to a positive and collaborative salon culture that promotes teamwork and professional development
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of your station and salon areas in accordance with health and safety standards
- Staying current with the latest hair trends, techniques, and products to deliver cutting-edge services
- Supporting the salon's business objectives by meeting service targets and contributing to team goals
- Providing professional consultation with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate services
- Managing your client bookings and time efficiently to maximise productivity

What we’re looking for

- Minimum 3 years' professional experience as a hair stylist, with a demonstrable track record of delivering excellent results




- Valid and current hair styling qualifications or equivalent professional certification recognised in Victoria
- Advanced technical skills in cutting, colouring, styling, and hair treatments
- Proven ability to build strong client relationships and maintain a loyal client base
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of current hair trends, techniques, and industry best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced salon environment whilst maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing client needs and salon requirements
- Experience with salon management systems and booking software.
