Inkrecruitment is recruiting a Compliance Director to lead and build compliant controls for the Australian arm of a global digital finance business. You will own the entire compliance function, including MLRO responsibilities, AML/AUSTRAC reporting, and regulatory relationships, in a fast-growing scale-up setting.

The role requires hands-on leadership, experience with AFSL obligations, and the ability to balance governance with commercial pragmatism.
