At Interactive, we help Australia's leading organisations modernise, transform and grow through innovative technology solutions. We're looking for an technical Account Architect to join our Cloud Presales team and play a key role in shaping customer outcomes.
You’ll work alongside Sales to understand customer challenges, design fit-for-purpose solutions and guide customers through their technology decision making journey.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical foundation who enjoys customer engagement and wants to further develop their consulting, solution architecture and presales career.
What you’ll be doing:
- Partner with Sales to qualify and shape customer opportunities
- Design scalable cloud, infrastructure and managed services solutions
- Develop solution proposals, Statements of Work and supporting documentation
- Contribute to RFIs, RFQs and RFPs
- Work closely with delivery, product and vendor teams to ensure proposed solutions are practical and deliverable
- Build trusted relationships with business and technical stakeholders
What you’ll bring:
- 3-5 years’ experience in solution architecture, technical presales or consulting
- Experience engaging with enterprise customers and understanding business requirements
- Strong technical knowledge across infrastructure, cloud, data centre, networking and managed services environments
- Robust stakeholder management and presentation skills
