WSP offers an Undergraduate Program for students pursuing a relevant Bachelor's or Postgraduate degree. You will be available from December 2026 onwards, in your penultimate year or final year in 2027, and will gain practical experience in engineering across a global firm.
The program provides mentorship, a structured development plan, and exposure to culture and collaboration across disciplines, with a focus on real-world impact on the setting and built infrastructure.
