Downer is seeking a capable maintenance leader to oversee a Torbanlea Manufacturing Facility team in Queensland. You will manage electrical, mechanical and automation maintenance to ensure secure, reliable operations and deliver results.
Reporting to the Facility Maintenance & Asset Manager, you will drive a Zero Harm culture, supervise contractors, manage work orders and maintenance plans, and mentor the team to achieve continuous improvement in a state-of-the-art facility.
