Gibson Austwide in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Fleet Allocator / Leading Hand to join our transport operations team. This hands-on leadership role keeps daily operations running smoothly while staying actively involved in planning and dispatch.
You will allocate fleet movements, schedule driver runs, coordinate pickups and deliveries, monitor maintenance, and support the transport leadership. A forklift licence and 5 years in transport are preferred, with a view to career progression
