This client is an established, growing accounting practiced located in trendy Subiaco. They have a long-standing client base which has been built on direct interpersonal relationships with a focus on high service standards. They specialise in providing a range of business services and taxation advisory.

This critical role will reporting direct to the managing partner with the primary responsibility for providing professional accounting services and advise direct to a diverse range of well-established clients, both business and individuals.

Responsibilities consistent with the role title include.

- Preparing financial statements and tax returns for individuals, trusts, partnerships, companies and self-managed superannuation funds
- Preparing Instalment Activity Statements and Business Activity Statements for clients
- Conducting tax planning and preparing budgets and cash flow forecasts




- Enhancing trusted relationships with valued existing clients
- Researching various taxation and corporation matters as requested or necessary
- Liaising effectively with the ATO and other similar external organizations
- Providing tax advice, by value adding to small-medium size businesses
- Support ongoing continuous improvement with all business processes and systems

The successful person will be professionally qualified with at least 5 years of Australian tax and business services experience. Ideally be CA/CPA qualified or close to completion. Candidates should possess a detail, accuracy and timeliness mindset, along with well-developed interpersonal skills, be proactive, and a natural problem solver. Ongoing professional and personal development is encouraged and will be supported. An attractive remuneration package will be negotiated with the right person.
