Kingfisher Bay Resort on K’gari (Fraser Island) invites a Trade Qualified Executive Sous Chef to lead our food operations. Four kitchens, three restaurants, and staff dining demand hands-on leadership, strong quality controls, and a passion for hospitality.

You will work with chefs, cooks and stewards, drive food safety standards, and foster a qualified kitchen culture in a UNESCO World Heritage setting.
