Your New Company Hays has partnered with a well-established volume home builder with a strong presence across South East Queensland. With a solid pipeline of residential builds and continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join their construction team.

Your New Role

As a Volume Residential Site Supervisor, you will oversee the delivery of multiple residential builds, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with internal teams, trades, and subcontractors, you'll play a key role in delivering a positive building experience for clients.

Key Responsibilities Include:

- Managing multiple residential construction sites simultaneously
- Coordinating trades, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Maintaining build programmes and construction schedules
- Conducting quality inspections and defect management
- Ensuring compliance with WHS and building regulations




- Liaising with clients and internal stakeholders
- Maintaining accurate site records and reports

What You'll Need to Succeed

- Previous experience as a Residential Site Supervisor
- Strong understanding of residential construction and sequencing
- Ability to manage multiple builds at varying stages
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Solid focus on quality, safety, and customer service
- Current Driver's Licence
- Trade qualification or Certificate IV in Building & Construction (preferred)
