Chisholm is seeking an experienced Course Coordinator for our Higher Education team.

About The Role

- Lead and manage the promotion and delivery of the course (relevant to the business area) to comply with regulatory requirements.
- Lead, monitor and report to the Higher Education Course Committee (HECC), Academic Quality and Courses Committee (AQCC), and the Higher Education Academic Board (HEAB) as required on the delivery of the course according to Chisholm’s higher education policies and procedures.
- Enhance the student experience to improve engagement and assist learners to interact with their academic and social environment to reduce attrition and to increase course completions.
- Work collaboratively with industry to align current and emerging industry needs and facilitate relevant and responsive delivery models to engage learners.
- Collaboration with marketing, industry and community to build course profile and enrolment numbers.
- Manage resources that may include staff and budgets to ensure best practice and student outcomes.
- Support the Higher Education College in building key partnerships with industry and employers to renew educational delivery and practices.





About You

You are a highly motivated individual with well-developed skills in transferring knowledge, including the ability to research, select and use a wide range of learning resources and assessment tools.

Qualifications Required For The Role

- A PhD in Social Work and demonstrated excellence in teaching and innovation in higher education.
