360 Aviation Group is seeking an experienced aviation leader to manage day-to-day operations of a small, growing business. The General Manager will report directly to the CEO and translate CASA requirements into practical, compliant daily practice.

This non-flying role requires robust leadership, integrity and hands-on problem solving, with oversight of Part 135 and Part 138 operations, safety culture, staff development and resource planning.
