- Deep SAP Payroll functional knowledge including payroll configuration, wage types, schema/rules, and payroll operations.
- Ability to work directly with payroll business teams to understand legislative, award, and operational requirements.
- Experience in payroll testing, reconciliation, defect management, and production support activities.
- Valuable understanding of payroll integrations, time management, finance posting, and downstream systems.
- Able to translate complex payroll business requirements into practical SAP payroll solutions and guide technical teams.

Requirements

- Strong SAP Finance expertise across General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Financial Reporting.
- Ability to facilitate workshops with Finance stakeholders and convert business requirements into SAP design solutions.
- Experience with S/4HANA Finance processes, month-end close, controls, reporting, and compliance requirements.
- Good understanding of finance integrations, data migration, testing, and reporting/analytics requirements.
