My client is a major player in the Victorian construction industry, from the perspective of concrete repair, strengthening, remediation, all round structural enhancement works. National business, delivering projects all over Australia, but with their core business in Melbourne, they work on the VIC's major projects. From Vicroads highways/bridges, to wharfs, wind farms, to some of our iconic tunnels.
Your new role
The role of Contracts Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all the commercial / finance aspects for all projects. Projects ranging to $5m in value.
What you'll need to succeed
- Civil contractor or commercial builder
- Experience on civil infrastructure project or major building projects 8-15 years experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to drive junior engineers, maintain strong culture
- Drive, enthusiasm, personality
- Based in SE
