About the Role

Based in our Hobart Rental Branch , you'll play a key role in delivering outstanding customer experiences to travellers from around the world.

As a Customer Service Officer, you'll be the friendly face of our business, helping guests begin and end their journeys with confidence. From completing rental agreements to providing vehicle handovers and sharing helpful travel tips, no two days are the same.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Welcoming customers and providing exceptional service
- Completing rental agreements and vehicle return processes
- Conducting vehicle handovers and demonstrations (full training provided)
- Promoting additional products and services that enhance the customer experience
- Ensuring customers are equipped for a safe and enjoyable journey
- Supporting branch operations and contributing to team success

About You





We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.

You’ll ideally have:

- Customer service, retail, tourism, hospitality or sales experience
- A passion for creating positive customer experiences
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management and organisational abilities
- Confidence using computer systems and technology
- A valid unrestricted manual driver's licence (essential)

As we operate in the tourism industry, our branch operates seven days a week, so flexibility to work weekends and public holidays is required.
