About the Role

You'll be joining a collaborative team delivering one of UOW's key technology initiatives. Working alongside business leaders, technology specialists and delivery partners, you'll be part of a program focused on improving services and creating better experiences across the University community.

About the Team

/n

This 6-month prospect will see you play a central role in coordinating the University's Service Now program. You'll work across multiple stakeholders and workstreams, helping to keep delivery on track through effective planning, governance, reporting and communication.

It's a great opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing people together, solving problems and driving outcomes in a dynamic technology environment.

What You'll Bring

/n

/n

- Experience coordinating projects, programs or technology initiatives in a complex environment

/n

- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence outcomes

/n

- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities

/n

- Experience supporting governance activities, reporting and program planning

/n

- A proactive approach to identifying risks, issues and dependencies

/n

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

/n

- The ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt in a fast-paced delivery environment

/n

- Experience working in technology, digital transformation or service delivery teams

/n

- Experience with Service Now, Jira or similar delivery tools is desirable
