This position is a 38‐hour‐per‐week role (we will consider the possibility of appointment at 0.8 FTE by negotiation) with flexible work options to support your wellbeing and qualified goals.

The Opportunity

/n

As the Office Manager – Executive Support, you will be the vital link ensuring the skilled delivery of operations for the Office of the President. This multifaceted role provides high‐level executive and secretarial support to both the President and the Academic Dean, while also coordinating the Institute's human resource and payroll functions.

About You

You are a proactive and agile professional who thrives on bringing calm orderliness to the support of a close‐knit team. You are looking for a supportive and values‐focused organisation that will support your goals and treat you as a valued professional.

/n

Selection Criteria

/n

/n

- A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or Business Administration or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education/training.

/n

- Demonstrated experience working successfully in an executive support role and providing diary management.

/n

- Experience with HR management processes,



and an understanding of human resources concepts and a demonstrated capacity to advise on the development of HR policies, manage payroll, record‐keeping, and reporting at a high standard.

/n

- Experience and/or training in basic accounting and finance processes, terminology, and appropriate record‐keeping.

/n

- A demonstrated capacity to develop and maintain administrative systems and processes and the capacity to be agile in your approach to work.

/n

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to liaise with a range of internal and external stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes as an integral part of a cohesive team.

/n

- Demonstrated ability to action complex tasks and meet deadlines.

/n

- Experience supervising and mentoring staff.
