Shadbolt Group is seeking an experienced Rigging Supervisor to lead rigging crews on FIFO projects across major Australian sites. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will supervise rigging and lifting activities, ensuring safety, efficiency and adherence to project specs, Australian Standards and client requirements.
This hands-on leadership role requires coordinating lifting operations, mentoring crews and upholding high safety and quality standards on site across the 2:1 FIFO roster.
