he Role
This role will primarily focus on institutional abuse matters, with the opportunity to work across other plaintiff litigation matters depending on your experience and in

terests.
You will be inv

- olved in:Managing institutional abuse matters from commencement through to re
- solution.Advising and supporting clients throughout the litigation




- process.Drafting pleadings, affidavits, witness statements and court d
- ocuments.Preparing matters for mediation, settlement conferences and
- hearings.Briefing and liaising with counsel, medical experts and other profe
- ssionals.Building trusted client relationships while managing sensitive and complex matters with empathy and profess

ionalism.

- years' PAE.Demonstrated experience in institutional abuse litigation.Plaintiff litigation
- background.Strong drafting, advocacy and client managem
- ent skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal
