Sydney CBD | Hybrid (2-3 days per week in the office)
$90K-$100K base + super (maximum) | 12-month fixed-term contract with a view to permanent | 1-stage interview process
Our client is looking for an Investment Operations Analyst to join their Fund Operations team and play a key role in the day-to-day operations of managed funds and direct securities/ETF investing products.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build their career in investment operations with exposure across the full investment lifecycle.
What you'll be doing
- Unit pricing & NAV validation
- Cash, unit registry & position reconciliations
- Corporate actions processing
- Broker settlement & securities operations
- Client onboarding, payments & account administration
- Fund accounting support & regulatory reporting
- Working closely with Finance, Engineering, Risk & Compliance and Customer Experience teams
What we're looking for
- Around 2 years' experience in investment operations, middle office or customer broking
- Strong reconciliation and unit pricing experience (strong reconciliation experience a MUST)
- Accounting or Finance qualification/background
- High attention to detail with a proactive, inquisitive mindset
- Comfortable learning and using AI, SQL, BigQuery or similar tools to improve workflows
