Job Description

Key Responsibilities

- Site Leadership: Lead, train, and direct Site Foremen and Leading Hands to achieve operational excellence.
- Operational Excellence: Manage daily job prestarts, inductions, and site programming to avoid delays and maximize resource efficiency.
- Quality & Safety: Champion a safety culture by conducting SWMS verifications, weekly inspections, and toolbox talks.
- Project Compliance: Adhere to HSEQ Management Systems and ensure all works meet project specifications and drawings.
- Financial Accountability: Identify potential cost variations and monitor labour scheduling to maintain project budget controls.

Desired Skills And Experience

- Experience: At least 4 years as a Site Foreman Site Supervisor (or similar role), specifically within the Commercial Interior Fit-out sector.
- Qualifications: A trade certificate in Carpentry or a Bachelor of Building is essential.
- Tech Skills:



Essential proficiency in IPM and Procore, along with MS Office and Excel.
- Safety First: A current First Aid Certificate and a valid White Card (General Induction for Construction Work).
- Attributes: You are professional, presentable, and possess polished communication skills to manage diverse stakeholders and resolve disputes.
