This is an exciting new opportunity for a Workplace Relations Advisor to join our Legal and Risk Advisory team providing high quality workplace relations advice to stakeholders on performance, conduct, award compliance, legislative compliance, and employee lifecycle matters to support consistent and compliant business decisions.

A varied role, this opportunity suits someone who enjoys both hands‑on advisory work and the chance to contribute to proactive workplace relations initiatives across a national, fast-moving business.

You will build strong relationships across the business, provide clear guidance in time-sensitive situations and help strengthen Data#3's workplace relations capability.

About You

- You will have at least five years' experience in workplace relations, industrial relations, employment relations, HR advisory or employment law
- Solid grounding in award interpretation, compliance and Australian employment and H&S; legislation
- Experience supporting complex performance, conduct, consultation or employee relations matters
- Confident communication style,



with the ability to build trust quickly and guide leaders through difficult conversations
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Tertiary qualifications with majors in Industrial, Workplace or Employment Relations or Law.
