Lyppard Australia, part of the EBOS Group, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Veterinary team. You will provide exceptional service to customers, process orders accurately via phone, email, web orders and fax, and support day-to-day branch operations.
In this role, you will liaise with customers, suppliers and internal teams to resolve enquiries, manage order fulfilment, credits and payments, and maintain accurate records.
