Business Development Representative | B2B, B2C, Fitness & Health

I'm working with a growing organisation in the fitness and health sector that is looking for a BDR to join their team and drive sales across Australia.

- $65K–$85K Base + Uncapped Commission ($160K+ OTE)
- Minimum 2 years' experience in outbound B2B sales
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, NetSuite or similar)
- Confident communicator with a proactive, relationship-driven approach
- North Gold Coast office – 5 days In office
- Ideal for someone who thrives on building long-term client partnerships and closing high-value deals (Leads provided)

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

As a BDR,



you'll manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation through to closing deals and maintaining long-term client relationships. Working with inbound enquiries as well as proactively developing new business opportunities, you'll identify customer needs, prepare tailored proposals, negotiate contracts, and deliver exceptional service throughout the buying journey.

You'll maintain accurate sales records within the CRM, collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery, and stay up to date with industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth. Success in this role comes from building trusted relationships, consistently achieving sales targets, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

WE NEED YOU TO HAVE...

- Minimum 2 years' experience in B2B sales
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Experience managing opportunities through a CRM system
- Highly motivated, self-driven and results focused
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Experience within the fitness, health, wellness, sporting or commercial equipment industries
