Harmony Australasia seeks an experienced Ore Processing Supervisor to lead daily operations at the CSA Mine in Cobar, NSW. You will supervise processing personnel and optimise plant performance while ensuring safety and environmental compliance.
You will oversee crushing, grinding, flotation, dewatering, and related activities, mentor operators, and drive continuous improvement to meet production targets. This role is onsite with a 7/7 roster and a focus on operational excellence.
