Treasury Manager – Infrastructure & Energy Transition

With a growing portfolio of renewable energy assets across wind, solar, and battery storage, the company develops, owns, and operates critical infrastructure that supports the nation's clean energy objectives. Backed by a strong pipeline of projects and a commitment to innovation, the business is seeking a Treasury Manager to play a key role in supporting its continued growth and capital management strategy.

As Treasury Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's treasury operations, including cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, debt facilities, banking relationships, and financial risk management. Working closely with the Head of Corporate Finance and senior leadership team, you will support funding activities, optimise capital structures, and ensure effective treasury controls across a growing portfolio of renewable energy assets. This is a broad,



hands-on role that offers the opportunity to contribute to strategic financing initiatives while supporting the continued growth of a leading renewable energy business.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Proven treasury experience within the infrastructure, energy, renewables or broader capital-intensive sectors.
- Robust understanding of banking relationships, debt facilities, liquidity management and capital markets.
- Experience supporting project finance transactions and working with a range of lenders and financial stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, financial modelling and commercial acumen, with the ability to support funding and capital management initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience partnering across finance and leadership teams.
- Proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
