You report directly to the Director who runs the delivery team. This is a permanent seat with a contractor that has the pipeline to keep you busy.

One thing to be straight about: this is Monday to Friday in Toowoomba for the full twelve months. If you're not local, you're away during the week. Accommodation is supported, vehicle and phone are included, and there's a performance incentive for the right person.

What you need:

- Proven Civil Site Manager with end-to-end delivery of 12-month-plus programs and 50+ personnel on site
- Background in civil subdivision or civil infrastructure, earthworks, roads, drainage, and services
- Able to manage subcontractor and direct crew performance independently at site level
