Key Responsibilities

- Manage the construction of residential homes from site start through to handover
- Coordinate trades, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure projects run efficiently
- Deliver homes on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional communication throughout the construction journey
- Conduct quality assurance inspections and ensure compliance with QBCC requirements, NCC and company standards
- Maintain protected, organised and efficient construction sites
- Work closely with internal construction, scheduling and operational teams to achieve outstanding project outcomes

What You'll Bring

- Previous experience as a Residential Site Supervisor
- Current QBCC Site Supervisor Licence
- Strong understanding of residential construction practices and Australian building standards
